I love my job, but am really hating my boss right now. BACK THE f*** OFF and I'll do my job just fine. I've been doing this for 16 years, don't you think I know how to do my job by now? You don't work with the client everyday how the f*** do you know what's going on! I hate when you jump in halfway through a project and don't know everything that's happened before.

People join Companies, and quit Bosses. Either figure out how to adapt or you're going to ship out (either terminated or quit because you're miserable). Your boss isn't going to change; so guess who has to.
