Just a warning to all you job seekers... do NOT waste your time and money using TheLadders! It might as well be classified as a scam. Any time an applicant is expected to pay for a referral, it is a rip off.

Also their "free" resume critique, is full of crap statements and trust me, no matter what your resume looks like, they are going to tell you its horrible and that you need to pay them $695 to fix it. Stay clear of TheLadders. Use the free services such as LinkedIn and Monster. They're way better anyway.
