Really all depends on how much you want it I guess. That's a big decision. Maybe talk to your family to see what they say or think about it. Never hurts to get some family/friends opinions.

My college buddy just went through Marines OCS. I hope you understand being tough isn't a matter of throwing around profanities or copping an attitude. I mean no offense by that, but look at the way marine officers act and it might give you an indication of what will be asked of you.

I wanted to join the marines straight out of HS, and you know who talked me out of it? A good friend of mine who just so happened to be a Marine on leave. He told me, quite frankly that my life was not worth 3k or whatever it is a month.
