I hate co-workers that feel as though they have done everything there is to do and can not just thank you whenever some gives them an idea instead of saying, "oh I've done that and it doesnt work" Just shut up say thank you and move on!! Stop being a "know it all" its not very becoming!!

Yep altho it is very satisfying when you take the idea, run with it, and it does actually work. Love shutting those nay sayers down (spelling?)
