Just Vent | Just Venting

So I spent OVER 3.5 hours on the phone with Dell yesterday troubleshooting this Piece of s*** Precision T7400! Last week they replaced the motherboard and it still runs like a** (on a fresh install of windows mind you). So I spent all that time yesterday going through EVERYTHING! Found NO ERRORS on anything! So the dell GOLD SUPPORT tech says he's going to have the Power Supply, CPU, Memory, and Video Card replaced.

Effing Qualxserv tech shows up today with a little tiny package. "What's that?" "Oh it's the processor that you want replaced."

WOOOOAAAAAHHHH!!! Wait a minute... After all that bulls*** I dealt with on the phone, they only sent you over here with a damn PROCESSOR?!?!?!

Alright, well let's try it out... New processor is in place.

Boots up, 3 minutes of use later, starts locking up... Word won't even open, IE is locked up. EFFING BS!!!

So this is now going to be the motherboard AND CPU that have already been replaced when I go to make this phone call. According to Dell, if 3 things need to be replaced, the system gets replaced.

Seriously people!
