why do people apply for a job and then not want to work once the get it? I am sick of having to rehire people because they think they can just sit on their a** and do nothing and get paid.

Examine your hiring process...perhaps your missing something or not seeing the obvious because you're too focused on the person's essential job skills.

Work ethic and habits are easy to detect if you have the right radar out.
