I don't know if he's legal or not, and frankly I don't care. He's not good at what he does when the pressure is high and when I try to pick up his slack he gets extremely insulted. I can't do anything about it either cause he doesn't understand much English. We have a perfectly fine relationship outside of work, it's just at work where all the problems start.
