I hate when you stumble across an awesome website like muttr and get turned off just as quickly by the profanity! So close to finding the perfect website, so close. Guess I'll have to continue to blog on my own site to get things off my chest and work out my own issues.

Funny you mentioned that. We are working on a way for users to choose if they would like to filter profanity or not :) thank you for your input!

Yeah, it's about venting. Profanity is part of that. So long as the comments aren't spam and are real, they shouldn't be filtered. This is one of my fave sites on the net BECAUSE I can get things off my chest. Fuck!
