The rule is for group celebrating. You can not celebrate in the enzone. You can do whatever you want once you get off the field and on the sidelines, but unsportsmanlike conduct, i.e. having an ongoing dance-off in the end-zone, will not be tolerated. It's also to the Ref's discretion to make the call. So if you piss off the ref for some reason, the ref will just make sure he gets you back in the endzone. According to the rules: Officials have the power to penalize a team 15 yards on the ensuing kickoff for excessive celebrations anywhere on the field. Spikes, dunks, Lambeau Leaps, spins, dances and simple celebrations will be allowed. But penalties will be given for any celebration other than that.

So if you get another player in on the celebration, automatic 15-yard penalty on the kickoff.

How would you like it if I created a website called like stuttr_com or something and it blew up in like 3 weeks and went flying by muttr_com and then I drove to your house and started dancing in front of your house being like YEAH STUTTRRRRRRRRRRRR WOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! MUTTR CAN SUCK IT!!!!!! YEEHAAAWWWW!!! You'd want to come out and shoot me in the face, right?

So the whole reason the owner's of the football teams voted in the rule 29 to 3 was because it was to prevent further aggression and injuries. Because it would get to the point where the other team would already be pissed that they let up a touchdown, then to have it rub in their faces by a ridiculous show of dancing and bouncing around, they would just want to try to break that person's legs the next time they had the chance.
