So i just moved away from my family..pretty much across the country. I decided to continue college and earn my BBA. Well, it's going to cost 3,000 a semester for two classes...which is fine because its pretty much the only option I have. I told my parents I'm enrolling and will start taking classes in a month. Their response wasn't positive. Not only were they mad I was going back to college but they asked how Im going to pay for it. They pay for my sisters college and all her life expenses including rent, cable, internet, phone, and all that good stuff. WTF!!!! They help her with everything and can't even help me a little? I swear I'm adopted. I guess I should suck it up and get through life without help, like so many others do. I just feel like throwing my phone against the wall and screaming but I'm not. School sucks and its expensive.

Sorry to hear! You've got the right attitude tho. Working harder to better yourself in the end will make you stronger and that much of a better person. Best of luck to you and when you're rich and famous, lets go to Chilis!

Hey, at least you're getting there. If I didn't look so much like my parents, I'd be sure that I'm adopted too. >.< Sometimes it's just sick how differently people treat their kids. And kudos to you for keeping your self in line and *not* throwing your phone against the wall. My sister did that, and mom and dad ended up getting her a newer better one. Great way to teach respect for your things, huh? Whatever. Just ride it out, and keep on working on getting educated!! :thumbs up:

You're doing it all wrong. Hard work always results in fewer rewards. If you want to be rich, your mentality should be -- 'I deserve everything for doing nothing. I deserve because I exist, because I am da bomb, not because of my contributions to society'. Your sister knows how it works. Take a cue from her.

Please don't listen to the moron who posted above. Sure you can act stupid and just whine and beg for your money and things, but, just imagine. If you somehow lost all of it, and had to start from scratch, you wouldn't have any idea how. And, for that matter, you might not be 'cute' enough or whatever to do the same thing you did in the first place. Whatever. Please don't be stupid. You're proving to your parents that you can, in fact, take care of yourself without their help.
