you should talk to him about how you have needs and you need to take care of business every so often... he's a guy he should understand that. I mean I'm a chick and my roommate and I have an understanding. If one of us wants to have some fun the other one finds something else to do for however long it happens to take.. It's all about communication. You should be open enough with someone you live with about your needs. I'm sure he has some of the same. Either that or you're just going to be a miserable fuck.
