Jeez. I hate it when people decide to stand right by your work station and hold an hour long conversation.
We never have time to work in the class to begin with, and now you disrupt everything with needless chatter! Yes, we know its raining outside...go sit down.

We had an admin who used to do this to everyone at work- chatter well beyond what's acceptable at the office. She hardly used to do any real work. When it was brought to her attention- she defender herself by saying she was engaging in "management by walking around" (MBWO)). It was apparently lost on her that she never 'managed' anyone.
