Why is our government so stupid? One would think that it'd be a nice little idea to just leave it how the founding fathers left it. Is it really that hard to follow directions? I mean really. Our whole government is corrupt. Except for a very small handful of people who are going the right direction. In the words of Ronald Reagan, government is not the solution to our problems, government *is* the problem. Meanwhile, Obama is over there signing off all our nukes, when Russia has yet to actually hold up their side of an agreement, and the only reason other countries haven't bombed *us* yet is because we could bomb them right back. Not to MENTION the stupid health care BS. :rolls eyes: I'm VERY upset with this country. Moral of the story: KEEP THE DANG COUNTRY THE SAME AS THE FOUNDING FATHERS PLANNED IT. Simple. Or so one would think.

Don't blame me, I didn't vote for that tool. He is the most incapable person, yet he's the president. That sums up America for ya.

i totally agree.. obama is so unqualified for his job. he is corrupting america internally with this ridiculous health "care" plan which takes away the desire of Americas to practice their capitalistic mindset by making it easier on those who don't pursue capitalism to get affordable insurance. his administration is seeking to gain power and that's it. as far as foreign affairs, don't get me started. america is losing our patriotism and power in the world as this administration continues to spend the ridiculous money they do and sign to these rash agreements with countries we honestly cannot trust.

are you slow? when the founding fathers wrote the constitution, people had slaves and women couldn't vote. how bout we DON'T keep the government the way it was when the founding fathers were around.

did you actually read the new agreement or did you just watch FOX "news"? obama didn't sign away all of our nukes. the agreement limits our nuclear arsenals to 1,500 weapons each. you could destroy the planet 7 times in a row with that many nukes.

*ahem* Are *you* slow?

"The agreement will limit each side to 1,550 nuclear warheads, 800 deployed and non-deployed launch systems, and will tighten verification protocols.
This is approximately a 30% reduction in each side's capabilities."

Look. This isn't just about Russia. No. It's about the other countries that have the ability to bomb us. They just haven't because we could bomb them back! You see, this is just a great big load of crap. I have a lot of problems with Obama.
I mean seriously, this country could completely depend on itself. We don't need anyone else. We have oil, we have land, we have great places to farm we have metals and rocks that we could mine, we have everything we need to live. Quite happily too. But no. We're paying Japan to take our oil, then they go and take some stuff out of it, then they *SELL* it back to us. I just don't understand our government anymore.
And yes, when the founding fathers wrote the constitution, people *did* have slaves. That's when the Emancipation Act happened.
And yes, women couldn't vote. I don't see how that fits into this at all. If you wanted to make an impression on me, you probably could have said 'Every household had at least one gun'. But then, I have a reply to that too. Almost every household *still* has a gun. It's just that a lot of them decide to go under the radar.

Just imagine. You are home alone. Your phone lines aren't working. You live in the middle of nowhere. A guy comes in, holding a gun, to rob the place. You have a gun in one hand, and a sandwich in the other. Which one are you going to use to defend yourself? If the government gets their way, you'll be forced to use the friggin' sandwich.

And yes, I did read the new agreement. And no, I don't watch FOX for anything but weather and local things.
