They can't regulate it to tax it, that's why they haven't made it legal. There are too many people who have their own secret operations going. They could tax the dispensaries, but people are going to continue buying illegally if the prices are better.

#3, it sure in the hell would help our Californians economy a hell of a lot. All that BS you hear on tv about marijuana funding terrorism is retarded! The majority of the pot bought and sold here is also grown here. The Bay Area grows some of the best weed in the world my ninja.
