Sometimes I feel there is no one I can confide in, because even the people I trust and love ... I feel like I can't tell them my darkest secrets. They'll be disappointed.

If you trust and love them and they trust and love you, your secrets won't change that. They might be disappointed in you, but they will still love you. Things might take a while to get back to normal, depending on the secrets, but they will still love you in the end. Oh, and if they'll be disappointed in you, that should make you think things over before you do those disappointing things again.
