If you trust and love them and they trust and love you, your secrets won't change that. They might be disappointed in you, but they will still love you. Things might take a while to get back to normal, depending on the secrets, but they will still love you in the end. Oh, and if they'll be disappointed in you, that should make you think things over before you do those disappointing things again.

If they are really your friends they should understand whatever you have to tell them. If you trust and love them and they feel the same... They should be ok with whatever you have to tell them.. if not then they really aren't that close of friends.

Keep your secrets to yourself. You may feel better after getting it off your chest, but you can never change what people feel about you after you tell them something they're not comfortable with. You'll have lost their respect forever.
