Yeah, they use "just kidding". Another one I hear ALOT is "I know this isn't politically correct, but ... [insert racist observation here]". I really want to let them know- prefacing that you're not politically correct doesn't warrant or justify making a senseless, usually erroneous/exaggerated generalization of people. Or: I don't know if thats politically correct or not, but I do know that its generally incorrect and stupid.
