Isn't that CRAZY!!!! Now you hit a sore spot with me. It's that fine craftmanship the state of Rhode Island is proud of and expects out of the crooked contractors they hire to do their work. No one cares, it's not their money. I have traveled and everyone that I have spoke to thats been to RI comments on the shitty roads. What a reputation we have to be proud of. Brand new highway and the surface is SHIT. Now let me tell you how I really feel. HA.

Nothing tops the big dig in Boston... But RI fails at anything related to automotive. For the smallest state, it has the largest number of clueless licensed drivers.
