Frankly, I am sick and tired of Rhode Island drivers! Seriously, what is RI's license test? Have them drive in a straight line and then back and say "here's your license"? I think I am going to have to invest in one of those police car bumpers and start pushing people off the damn road. The next person to cut me off and then drive 10mph UNDER the speed limit, I am going full speed ahead up their a**!!!
