Why don't people - who live in New England - know how to drive in RAIN??? Just drove from Mass to NY and it looked like there were alot of drivers afraid of water. I hate to tell them - SNOW could be happening soon so STAY OFF THE ROAD if you can't handle it!

I am getting so sick of seeing the "Celebration Penalty" being called in football. So pointless.
