I was in the same boat... You have to start looking at older. The younger don't care nor are they interested. Find one in her/his mid 30's (not sure if you're male or female) and see how much you have in common. Bet it works out for you!

find the local corner dive bar, and drink there. i promise that you won't drink alone for long. people at neighborhood dives are eccentric and gregarious.

it's the attitude that money makes you a better person. if you think money counts when it comes to true value, you'll end up alone. unless you are lucky or don't mind a hollow existence

I am also 25 years old. I don't know if I make more money than you, but I do a lot better than most people my age. I own my own business. I am in the IT/Security Consulting field. I have traveled the world (business and pleasure). Yet, until almost two years ago I was alone. I could get any above average looking woman in my same age range to sleep with me/be with me, but most of them couldn't keep up with my life style to stay in a relationship with me. Until I met her in Italy, and I realized that there was a Niche of women ages 27 - 35 that I could exploit. They are good looking, sophisticated, and, most important, more emotionally mature than your average 22 year old bimbo. It's excellent. So heed the first (and my) poster's advice. Try to get someone a little older. You will have fun.
