Fat people are really insecure. They live with an overwhelming sense of unworthiness. They feel like they are living in a hostile environment that hates them. Whenever anything happens, like -- the phone rings, someone knocks on their door, or someone invites them out to a movie or a party -- they immediately pull-up the idea of worthiness, afraid that someone might judge them.

And so, the trick to getting her off your back, without offending her hot sister and her entire family, is to indirectly make her feel uncomfortable around you. Cause her psyche to self-sabotage her advances on you. Make her feel/think, "there is no way he could like me, I'm not good enough for him. I'm too ugly, too fat, etc..."

Of course, if you just come out and say it, "you're fat and hideous, I'm repulsed by you", you will look like a dick.

But, if you bring over a box of doughnuts, and leave it sitting on the kitchen table. And you come back to find the box is empty. You can say something like "where the hell are all the doughnuts? They was SOOO MANY of them! How is it possible there are no doughnuts left?!" You are communicating the message that someone hideous and repulsive must have ate them all, because normal people eat one doughnut and not a whole box. And then her fat sister will start crying on the inside. And whenever you visit, she'll be hiding in her room.

It really depends on the scenario. Be creative, I'm sure you'll come up with something.

If my studies on fat people are correct, you must train the fatty by using negative food association! Coat your penis in poo when she tries to engage in oral sex. When she sticks the poo-laden penis in her mouth, she will spit it out and associate your poopy dick with bad taste, and run away.
Scenario 2: If she enjoys sucking the poo of your penis, substitute poo with low fat plain flavored yogurt, and work your way through different diet foods until success!
