Just Vent | Just Venting

I was in the same position you are in only im a guy and i had that issue with a girl i had strong feelings for and a girl who i thought would be the kind of person who would do well in a relationship. What I did was asked around if anyone knew that the girl i had feelings for liked me. Once I found the answer, I decided to give the other girl a shot. Figured couldnt hurt right? We have been together for 4 years and are engaged. It started off kinda slow and the feelings werent the same as those I felt with the other girl, however, i developed a different kind of feeling toward my fiance. Its more of a feeling where i cant picture being with anyone else besides her. I love her, i trust her, shes beautiful and I wouldnt miss her for the world. But I sometimes wonder what it would have been like dating the girl i used to have feelings for. Try asking the one you feel for out first because if you dont, it might bother you for a long time. Youll get over it but it will always be 'what if.' Trust me, dont wait for the boys to ask you out...my girl asked me out funny enough...had she not have asked me out, i wouldnt have thought about giving her a chance you see?
