Sometimes I feel as though my body is taken over by someone who hates me, and no matter how hard I try, I can't control my actions until it's over. My doctor told me to go see a shrink, otherwise the next time I have an attack, I could get killed. I hate shrinks.

I hate how after a night of drinking, the next day you have to s*** like mad.
I work out hard, and I try my hardest to eat right (and while I don't always succeed with that, I still eat better than most people), but no matter what, I just can't get down to a weight that makes me happy.
