My Dad won't stop smoking, and today he actually stooped so low as to ask me for some cash so he could buy his daily pack of cigarettes. I said no, and refused. He got mad and left the house with no money. I usually end up giving in and giving loaning him the money he needs. "I'll pay you back, I'll pay you back" is all I kept hearing. It's not the fact that I don't think he will, it's just I'm sick of him smoking.
It's going to kill him, and then he won't be around to see me grow up.
All I want is my Dad to walk me down the isle when I get married, to see his grandkids, and live a healthy life for as long as possible. Is that too much to ask?
