fat sucks. i mean really f***ing sucks. i have always been in shape, work out all the time. never minded if other people wanna be fat, tho it is kinda gross to look at. but for the last sev months ive been gaining for no reason at all and i hate the body im in. hate it. im miserable. dont know how to fix it, can't seem to lose it. its the most disgusting thing in the world. lard. cottage cheese. make a person want to puke
If you drink soda stop. That's about all i know for a fact that works, besides good diet and exercise and the usual... I'm naturally skinny and started to gain wait at age 17 but quickly cut it off from just not drinking soda, and playing a hobby sport like tennis.
I hear you- I used to complain about America being fat all the time, then I realized I was becoming fat! At first I denied it, then I went to work. Going to the gym alone accomplishes nothing if you're not doing it right. Read Schwarzenegger's Bible- it will change the way you think about lifting, improve your technique, lift till failure, etc. For cardio, this is IMPORTANT; I always see lazy guys and women on their phone or reading a damn book while biking/elliptical. No wonder they are still fat or at least not in top shape. You can't d*ck around with cardio. Go intensively for 45 minutes 4x a week. Use your being overweight as motivation.
