Being clinically depressed has been tough. I feel I have aged 10 ysr over the past 2 yrs. I'm exhausted! No, I'm not just f***ing sad. All you normal people got it so much easier, you don't have to think all the time; most people are midless drones. Depression gives on insight!
To enjoy this life, you need to mildly schizophrenic, relentlessly and irrationally optimistic, self-delusional to block out the negativity and dwell on what's going right. Its a leap for rational/depressive types, but I made the leap and haven't looked back.
Couldn't agree more with #1. The older I get, the more I realize that we all have issues that make us unique. Besides, who wants to be 'normal'? After all, normal means 'average'.
