I work out hard, and I try my hardest to eat right (and while I don't always succeed with that, I still eat better than most people), but no matter what, I just can't get down to a weight that makes me happy. I have been working out for years now, and lost 40 lbs, and I can't seem to do any better than that. I hit a plateau so I completely changed my workout routine and it is no beginner s***. I know I am in good shape, and could out run most people, but I just don't LOOK like it. I want to like how I look.

Don't let what the media conveys as beautiful make you feel that you're not!

TV idolizes doll-like faces and figures when, in fact, more than half of the country is at least a little overweight. Weight is not what makes you beautiful or not. I know that losing the weight would be awesome, but being happy and confident is what draws people in. Be happy and learn to love yourself. It takes years (I know from experience) but it will help every aspect of your life tremendously. Good luck.
