My best friend is mad at me for spending too much time with my boyfriend and not enough with her. I hang out with her at least once a week and my boyfriend every other day. Sorry that I'm in love with him and not you? I didn't realize it was so hard for you to be happy for me.

You friend is probably just jealous. Perhaps you could invite her every so often to go out with you and your boyfriend (even though a lot of people don't like to be a "third wheel). It might help to show her that you care for both of them.

I have to agree with #2 - maybe try inviting her every so often... it can't hurt. I guess it just depends on how close you and your "best" friend truly are.
