Why is it that one person can get hacked on World of Warcraft MULTIPLE times in one month and get ALL of their stuff returned to them EVERY TIME, and I get hacked ONCE and can't get everything back? Especially when I was the one paying for my account, and the other person's account.

Welcome to blizzard... same thing happened to me. I didn't mind though, actually laughed about it. The game got more boring with each expansion and patch.

I think you should try again. There are some assholes that don't help you get your stuff back while there are others that wont return your things at all. I got hacked a couple of times, but I got my stuff back each time. I did write emails both times instead of calling. I find that works better.
