I hate when you go to a movie theater and there is a long line to buy tickets and you're worried about missing the beginning of the movie. Then you see someone getting tickets, fumbling around for cash or credit card after being in line for so long, holding up the rest of us. I just yell "LOG JAM!" to speed things up.

reminds me of a series of credit card commercials! But yea, its annoying to sit in line that long only to wait longer cause the person in front of you wasnt ready.

Its annoying but also embarrassing for the person who takes the long time.
I was getting on the bus one day and I thought it was only 1.25.
The bus driver shouted its a 1.75 after I sat down.
So I got up and fumbled with my wallet for an extra 50 cents. It was horrifying, ha.
